Customers who want to return a shipped item are responsible for return shipping costs.
Studio
Classes, drop-ins and workshops are non-refundable. Contact staff if you are unable to attend your class and we will do our best to accommodate changes due to factors such as illness.
Your pieces
Pottery is a fickle beast. We do not guarantee your pieces nor are we liable for damages that occur during glazing and firing. We encourage our members and customers to embrace this aspect of pottery, by taking a deep breath and acknowledging that there is peace in letting go. Let the clay take you on a journey and do your best to learn from it.
