Returns & Exchanges

Unopened and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns or exchanges. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exclusions

Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned.

Special orders, clearance items, classes and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Restocking fees will apply to some items. 

Order Pickups

Orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification.

Any orders not picked up within this time frame will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
