Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns or exchanges. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Clay is at risk of freezing when shipped during winter months, purchaser can arrange heated freight for an extra fee. 

Chemicals and raw materials are subject to restocking fee when they need to be repackaged. 

Exclusions

Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned.

Special orders, pre-orders, clearance items, classes and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Restocking fees will apply to some items. 

Delivery fees are non-refundable

Order Pickups

Orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification.

Any orders not picked up within this time frame will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.

To initiate a return please visit us in-store during business hours.

 

Shipping

Clay is shipped during winter is at risk of freezing. Best Kind Mud Shop is not responsible for frozen clay and all winter shipments are done at risk of freezing.
