EL103 Sea Spray

Mayco Elements Glaze - Cone 06-Cone 10

Cone 06 oxidation (first image): Sea Spray is a glossy, pale blueish gray glaze that breaks a darker, blueish gray with yellowing. Semi-Transparent at three coats.

Cone 6 oxidation (second image): Color changes to an opaque cream that breaks over texture and pools mint green. Enhanced mobility. Surface issues may occur.

Apply 2-3 coats, allowing surface to dry in-between coats. When applying to a large surface, we recommend a broad, soft fan brush. As movement and flowing are characteristics of this glaze, taper off toward the bottom of the ware to prevent glaze running of the piece onto kiln shelves.
